POLICIES
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We’re excited to share the wonders of the cosmos with you!
1. Food and Drink:
For the comfort and cleanliness of our space, no food or drinks are permitted inside the planetarium. If you bring water bottles, ensure they are securely closed and tucked away.
2. No Late Arrivals:
We advise guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled showtime. Late arrivals will not be admitted; no admittance is allowed after the show begins, as the doors are locked.
3. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices:
Kindly switch off or set your mobile phones and other electronic devices to silent mode before entering. We prohibit photography and recording during shows to keep the experience immersive for everyone. Using devices with bright screens can distract others; please avoid them during the show.
4. Exiting and Re-entry:
If, for any reason, you need to exit the planetarium during a presentation, please be informed that you will NOT be allowed to re-enter to ensure a continuous experience for others.
5. Noise Levels:
We aim to provide an immersive and educational experience. Keep conversations hushed and minimal during the shows. We urge parents and guardians to help ensure children remain seated and aren’t too noisy. Persistent disruptions might lead to us kindly asking the individual to exit without a refund.
6. Courtesy and Respect:
We cherish the community we serve. Please be considerate of fellow attendees by respecting personal space, not obstructing views, and adhering to any additional guidelines our planetarium staff may provide.
